Efficient and Compact Laser System
The LME Laser Systems are high quality machinery which operate at a low running cost whilst producing high productivity. Each system is designed to uphold the growing demands of production for small to medium structural metal works companies which require compact space-saving machinery that doesn’t compromise on the quality and efficiency of precise steel cutting.
Cutlite Penta’s in-house designed and produced cutting head boasts impressive fluid dynamics, which enables high-pressure cuts while reducing nitrogen consumption compared to its competitors. The fluid dynamics of a cutting head refer to the flow characteristics and efficiency of the fluid (in this case, nitrogen) used in the cutting process.
The combination of efficiency, cost savings, and reliability positions the LME laser system as a competitive and appealing option in the market.

Mechanical Design
The base of the LME system is constructed using an electro-welded steel frame, which provides a sturdy and durable foundation for the entire machine. This steel frame is carefully designed to provide structural integrity and support for the various components of the system.
The gantry frame design for the LME system utilises a light yet sturdy steel beam that offers several advantageous characteristics. The choice of materials and design considerations are aimed at achieving remarkable dynamic performance and ensuring minimal deformation, even in the presence of thermal expansion.
